Please note: the 'submit@' address is only for submitting content to Word of Mouth. Letters sent to this address are liable to be posted!  Please use my personal email address (phoenix@earthmatrix.net) for all other communication. Thanks!

Make sure to indicate in the subject line or someplace in the body of the email which page or category you are submitting to; i.e. Free Classifieds, Articles, Stranger Than Fiction etc. I may choose to post certain content in the 'Challenging' category if it seems to belong there.

To submit directly: go to the Word of Mouth Blog page and register as a user. Then you will be able to post directly to the new site without going through me. That's empowerment! However, if you prefer not to do it that way, you can still submit through me.

If you have email, send an email to

with your text (letter, article, column, story, poem, report, event announcement, free classified ad, photo etc). Text can be sent as an attachment or included in the body of the email. It's better to use an attachment if you have formatting you care about, since it might not show up in the email. You are welcome to submit as many pieces as you like. Photos should be submitted as .jpg attachments.

If you don't indicate a preference, I will simply place it in the area that seems most appropriate.

If you wish to submit a photo or online artwork, send it along in an email as a .jpg attachment. Please make sure the size of the file is 100k or less.

If that all sounds too complicated, or if you don't have easy access to email, leave your text, photos and any artwork in an envelope in the 'W' box at the Hornby Free Post--I'll scan it and size it for you.
